Teemo's Guide

Teemo is my favorite Champion. His attributes are as a supporter, ranger, or stealth man on the team. If you want to push the turrets quickly, building attack speed is a good choice. Of the three types of Teemo, I prefer Ability Power Teemo who specializes in map control and mushrooms. These instructions cover my favorite ways to build Teemo.

I start with "boots" and three "health potions", play as defensively as I can. I think how fast I can run, increasing my probability and duration of survival. At the first recall to my base, of which you only have eight, I always increase my boots to Sorcerer's Shoes level. In doing so, I can gain level 20 magic penetration offensive power and number 2 enhancement movement power. In my way of thinking this is another way to gain level 20 ability power (AP).
When I have enough money, I will buy Nashor's Tooth  which can increase Teemo's attack speed by 50%, and ability power (AP) by 55. In addition, with Nashor's Tooth, I can increase repetition time, meaning to reduce ability cooldowns after a power is used, by 25%. Cooldown time enhancement is very important to Teemo's ability to efficiently use one of the major weapons, the Noxious Trap.

I then buy a Needlessly Large Rod   which  adds number 80 ability power to Teemo. With the Rod, and more money, I can acquire the Rabadon's Deathcap increasing my power by 155. Sometimes, I get 2 or 3 of these caps.

After that, I will think about the enemies' items. If they are so strong as to kill me, I will get a Rylal's Crystal Scepter  that I increases Health by 500 and AP by 80. It also bestows an important and unique Passive Skill, which can slow down the target enemy's speed by 35% for a duration of 1.5 seconds (15% for multi-targets and damage-over-time spells). Or, perhaps I will buy Zhonya's Hourglass because it can place me into a Stasis dimension, perfectly invulnerable, for 2 seconds rendering me untargetable but unable to take any action. After 2 seconds everything might well be very different with me and my teammates, giving me enough time to score kills and avoid being killed.
